One-of-a-kind characters in the new clays.

Eileen studied textile designs at Manchester Art College and was working at a printers when her interest in dolls was roused. For a number of years she made cloth dolls and progressed to mask-faced dolls and porcelain.

Today Eileen makes individual on-of-a-kind dolls in the new clays, using hand-dyed and embroidered materials for clothes. She particularly likes comic and fantasy creatures.

Sizes range from 7.5cm (3in) to 76cm (30in).
